General Questions

We service Durham, Hillsborough, Chapel Hill, and NW Raleigh such as RTP. In some cases we will service as far as Roxboro, Mebane, and Raleigh.

All of our services are charged per hour, this reduces the total cost for our customers as most jobs only take an hour or two.  We charge:

  • $90 an hour for all in-home computer repair services for individual clients ($100/hr for businesses) + a service(travel) fee(see below for details)
  • If we go onsite there is a service charge ranging from $55-$85 depending on the distance(Durham: $55-65, Chapel Hill: $65-75, Raleigh/Cary/Apex: $75-85, Wake Forest/Garner: $75-85, Burlington: $65-75). This service charge covers drive times and fuel.
  • All on-site appointments are charged at a minimum one hour. After the first hour, we charge in thirty minute increments. Any pick-up jobs are a two hour minimum.

If the computer is brought to our office there are different flat rates for different services(please call or email us to get pricing for a specific service).

We accept cash, paypal, and all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover.

While no antivirus can stop everything, we partner with one of the best in the industry. We work as an MSP with BitDefender for all your antivirus protection.  Contact us for pricing and more information.

Monthly Maintenance Questions

The costs vary depending on the plan, the basic plan costs $160.00 a year. More info can be found on our Monthly Maintenance Page.

Cash, check or credit cards are preferred. Payment for remote maintenance is due in full upon the day the contract is signed before service can begin.

No, our technicians are only able to access your computer with the security code that only you provide that day. After each session the program automatically selects a new code.

You do not have to be present, but your computer needs to be on and open if it’s a laptop. You will also have to give your permission for us to access it at the chosen time each month without a rotating password.
