Logan was prompt and ontime. He was very informative and took care of all four of my laptops on the spot. He kept me in the loop and explained exactly what he was doing on each computer. I would highly recommend Logan and SURE TECH SERVICES to everyone I know. They are now my provider of choice.

Logan was great! We live out in the boonies, but he still showed up right on time and handled all of our issues with ease and personality too. Explained everything he was doing and we couldn't be happier. BBB said he had a Grade A, and we agree!

Logan does an outstanding job of communicating and letting you know what is being done with your computer. He goes above and beyond. He fixed some virus issues in addition to migrating data from my Mac to my new PC. His rates are very reasonable and he is well worth what he charges. I would certainly recommend him.
