Logan was great! We live out in the boonies, but he still showed up right on time and handled all of our issues with ease and personality too. Explained everything he was doing and we couldn't be happier. BBB said he had a Grade A, and we agree!

Mr. Swanek is a competent, prompt for his appointments, and gracious young man. He restored our Mac Book Pro to its wireless internet and printer connections in less than an hour to good working order. His charges were very reasonable. All contact with him went well and I can think of nothing that could have improved our experience with Mr Swanek.

Logan spent several hours cleaning up my computer. He was prompt and arrived on time. I would rate the quality of his work as being excellent. He answered all my inquiries about my problem and some other questions I had.
