Computer Backup

Losing important files can be devastating, we will backup your files for you to ensure you never lose an important document again. We recommend users backup their files monthly and their entire computer at least once a year. Many people don’t see the need to backup files until it is too late. We are typically able to backup a computer onsite within an hour, once backed up you can breathe easy knowing that your data is safe from computer crashes or viruses.

2. Unlike some companies we offer to backup both documents and the entire computer. If your computer has a hard drive crash we can use the backups to restore all the files and programs that existed before the crash.
3. We remove the old backups so they don’t take up extra space. Unfortunately most automated programs don’t remove the backups they create which means you can run out of room and the system will stop making backups.
4. We can backup multiple computers to a single hard drive. You don’t need more than one hard drive to keep your backups, as long as the computers are networked we can access the external hard drive and backup all your computers in one easy to reach place.
5. By backing up locally we eliminate the risk of your data being stolen from the cloud. All your data is stored at your home on an external hard drive for you to access at any time even without an internet connection.
6. Backup programs that use the cloud can take hours to backup your data this slows your PC down and making it more difficult to get work done. Our backup is much faster because it doesn’t rely on internet upload speed which typically isn’t more than 5Mb. That means to upload a 1GB file to the cloud it would take 25+ Minutes to backup, and most computers have hundreds of gigabytes of data that need to be backed up.

Basic Backup – We will backup your personal files, documents, photos, videos, music, and settings to an internal/external hard drive located at your home. This ensures that a computer failure doesn’t take your data permanently. You’ll always have a copy of your files should something go awry.

Standard Backup – Includes the Basic Backup and a complete copy of your hard drive each month. This copy will allow you to completely restore your computer to the day the copy was made.

Premium Backup – Includes the Standard Backup and we will restore your files remotely, or on site if you require a complete image re-install for no charge.
