Pricing
We service Durham, Hillsborough, Chapel Hill, and NW Raleigh such as RTP. In some cases we will service as far as Roxboro, Mebane, and Raleigh.
All of our services are charged per hour, this reduces the total cost for our customers as most jobs only take an hour or two.
We charge $50.00 an hour for all in-home computer repair. For jobs that are more than 20 Miles away we charge $75 for the first hour due to drive times and fuel. All services are a minimum one hour and billed in thirty minute increments afterwords. Any pick-up jobs are a two hour minimum.
We accept cash, paypal, and all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover.
Monthly Maintenance
The costs vary depending on the plan, the basic plan costs $150.00 a year.
Cash or credit cards are preferred. Payment for remote maintenance is due in full upon the day the contract is signed.
No, our technicians are only able to access your computer with the security code that only you provide. After each session the program automatically selects a new code.
